You are responsible for your own decisions.

2. No Financial Advice or Trading Advice

Markets can move quickly and unpredictably. Past examples, backtests, chart reviews, screenshots, personal stories, or strategy discussions do not guarantee future outcomes.

You should not trade with rent money, borrowed money, emergency funds, debt, or money you cannot afford to lose.

4. No Guarantees

No product, guide, video, mentorship session, strategy framework, worksheet, or review process sold by [Your Brand / Uncle Miki Trading] guarantees:

  • Profitability
  • Consistency
  • Prop firm challenge success
  • Funded account approval
  • Payouts
  • Income
  • Specific trading results
  • Improved performance
  • Avoidance of losses

Any references to trading experience, personal lessons, examples, or past results are educational only and are not promises of future performance.

Do not make performance claims unless you can properly prove them before making the claim. The Competition Bureau says performance claims need adequate and proper testing before the claim is made, and ads can be judged by their overall impression, not just the literal wording.

5. Digital Product Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final.

Because digital guides, PDFs, videos, downloads, and other digital materials can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are not offered once the product has been delivered, downloaded, opened, or accessed.

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, including:

  • Accidental duplicate purchase
  • Accidental double charge
  • Incorrect file delivery
  • Technical access issue that cannot be resolved

Refunds are not offered because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You did not read the product description
  • You expected signals
  • You expected guaranteed results

6. Mentorship Terms and Refund Policy

Payment for mentorship reserves a limited private mentorship spot.

The 4-week private mentorship includes structured educational support. It may include strategy structure review, risk management review, journaling review, backtesting review, execution review, and general trading-process mentorship.

The mentorship does not include:

  • Trade signals
  • Trade alerts
  • Copy trading
  • Account management
  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Guaranteed profitability
  • Guaranteed prop firm passes
  • Guaranteed payouts
  • Live emergency trade support
  • “Tell me what to do right now” trade decisions

Refunds are not offered once the mentorship has started or once the first mentorship session has been completed.

If you need to cancel before the first session, contact [your email] at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered at my discretion.

No refunds are offered for:

  • Missed sessions
  • Unused mentorship hours
  • Failure to complete assigned work
  • Failure to journal or backtest
  • Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes
  • Trading losses
  • Prop firm challenge failure
  • Lack of profitability
  • Failure to attend scheduled calls

Unused mentorship hours do not roll over after the 4-week mentorship period unless agreed in writing.

I provide structured support during the 4 weeks, but this is not a signal service, trade-alert service, emergency trade desk, or live market babysitting.

Yes, keep that last sentence. It’s sharp and saves you from becoming someone’s emotional support indicator.

7. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing a product or applying for mentorship, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own trading decisions.
  • You understand trading involves risk.
  • You will not treat educational examples as trade instructions.
  • You will not use rent, debt, emergency funds, borrowed money, or money you cannot afford to lose.
  • You understand that no result is guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for checking whether trading, prop firm participation, CFDs, futures, forex, or other markets are legal and appropriate in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for your own tax, legal, and financial obligations.

8. Intellectual Property / No Redistribution

All guides, PDFs, videos, worksheets, templates, written materials, mentorship materials, frameworks, and other content provided by [Your Brand / Uncle Miki Trading] are owned by [Your Brand / Legal Name] unless otherwise stated.

You may use purchased materials for your own personal education only.

You may not:

  • Resell the materials
  • Share the files publicly
  • Upload them to other websites
  • Copy or reproduce them for others

  • Record mentorship sessions without written permission
  • Claim the content as your own

Violation of this section may result in removal from mentorship, loss of access, and possible legal action.

Your use of all materials is at your own risk.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Alberta’s Consumer Bill of Rights says consumers cannot waive protections under the Consumer Protection Act, even if a contract says they are waiving them, so don’t pretend your policy overrides the law like some Shopify monarch.
